Point Cook Physiotherapy clinic is excited to introduce the first CoreAlign system in Melbourne’s Western suburbs!!
The CoreAlign is designed to improve posture, balance and functional movement patterns. The CoreAlign method was developed by an Australian trained physiotherapist – Jonathan Hoffman with easy to learn exercises that emphasise an upright posture.
Our physiotherapists at Point Cook Physiotherapy have undergone a training program to bring this exciting and revolutionary rehabilitation system to Point Cook.
Benefits of the CoreAlign System include:
- Core stabilisation and strengthening
- Musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Improved posture and spinal alignment
- Improved movement potential
- Balance retraining
- Performance Enhancement
The CoreAlign method stimulates the core stability muscles to fire in perfect timing while performing challenging exercises, deep stretches and core-controlled aerobic training.
At Point Cook Physiotherapy we believe that the CoreAlign is an effective tool for our clients rehabilitating from injury. Once fully recovered the CoreAlign can also enhance performance for athletes across a variety of sports by challenging the whole body during functional movement exercises.
From the young and young at heart, athletes and exercise enthusiasts, the CoreAlign is a great way to exercise!!
For those who enjoy Pilates then you will love the CoreAlign! Take your core to a whole new level. The CoreAlign can offer hundreds of functional exercises to challenge you and your core.
The CoreAlign can be incorporated as part of your Pilates routine or as a stand alone workout.
